"Because of great customer service from Emily & Amber at Todd Mounts - State Farm Agency, I switched from Tennessee Farm Bureau Hawkins County. After 25 plus years of at TFB, I was told if I didn't have all my policies with TFB that they would drop me. My wife already had insurance with State Farm - Todd Mounts. I went and met with Emily and she explained my new policies and what State Farm could do for my family and myself. "This has been the best experience with Insurance we have ever had in our lives. Todd, Emily, and crew go above and beyond to help immediately. They know who you are and care about your situation in a time where it's hard to even get a human on the phone that feels amazing. We had a forest fire on our road and every cabin around ours was a total loss. I was able to use the garden hose and soak the cabin and about 20ft out around it which saved the cabin itself. Unfortunately the fire damaged a lot of exterior electrical like the electric box, HVAC unit, cable lines, electric lines, etc. We had smoke damage inside, clothes, bedding, furniture, rugs, paintings, etc. not to mention the exterior walls and roof stained black by the burning forest. From the moment we called their office everything was handled professionally and we were offered help down every correct path to getting our lives back to normal. Nothing was ever doubted and we were shown amazing care by them. Money was taken care of for food, temporary housing, clothing, even pet care. When disaster hits you and threatens everything you have it means the world to have the light at the end of the tunnel that Todd and State Farm ended up being.
